Application Fee
Please include payment of $30 for each adult applicant (18 years of age or older). You can pay by phone by calling our office at (406) 259-2293. We accept payment by debit or credit card.
You can also pay your application fee online by credit card. (convenience fee applies)

If you would prefer, you can print out a rental application for each adult applicant (18 years of age or older) and fill it out completely.
